Every package includes the celebrant, full legal paperwork, two witnesses, a seasonal bouquet, location scouting and a dedicated planner. Each tier adds more — photography hours, cinematography, hair & make-up, helicopter and so on. The Compare table above shows the full breakdown.
Yes, completely. Most of our couples adjust at least one or two elements. Want photography from the Signature tier but a Heli ceremony? Easy. Want a videographer added to the Intimate package? Done. The add-ons list above covers the most common requests, but anything is possible.
Three to six months is comfortable for most ceremonies. Peak season dates (roughly September to April) book up faster — we'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have a rough date in mind. We've also held intimate ceremonies booked just three weeks out, so don't count it out if your timing is tight.
Every package includes a weather-flex re-booking promise. If conditions make your chosen location unsafe or undeniably miserable, we either move to a thoughtfully-chosen plan B (we always have one) or reschedule entirely, at no penalty. Heli packages include premium weather-flex with up to three reschedule windows.
Always have, always will. Some of our most-loved ceremonies have been LGBTQ+ elopements. Australia has full marriage equality and our entire team — celebrants, photographers, vendors — works inclusively as standard.
Marrying in Australia as an overseas couple is straightforward. A Notice of Intended Marriage is lodged with your celebrant at least one month (and up to eighteen months) before the ceremony, and our team walks you through the entire process. We've helped couples from Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, Singapore and beyond.
A 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the ceremony. We accept bank transfer, credit card and international wire. Heli packages have a separate weather-contingency fee held in trust and refunded if not used.
Yes — though we keep numbers gentle. Up to six guests can attend any package without changing the price; up to twelve with a small modification. Beyond that, we still help — it just becomes less of an "elopement" and more of a micro-wedding, which we also love.
